Postponement of Autonomous Mobility & Law Summit 2026: new date in September ensures ideal conditions for a strong debut

The Autonomous Mobility & Law Summit, originally scheduled for April 2026, has been postponed to 2 and 3 September 2026. The new date at the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg will create additional synergies with two events on similar topics, all about ports and LogiNext Germany, while boosting the impact of the format and improving its visibility to the relevant sectors. Its purpose remains unchanged: to provide a top-flight, focused specialist format that addresses key legal, technology-related and regulatory issues in the context of autonomous mobility.

Powerful synergies and a more compelling setting

An array of closely interrelated industry events is emerging in September: the Autonomous Mobility & Law Summit will now be co-located with all about ports and LogiNext Germany. This proximity will foster in-depth exchanges between experts from the fields of autonomous systems, logistics, port infrastructure, supply chain and smart transport technologies, enhancing the visibility of participating enterprises and institutions.
At the same time, the new date will be a much better fit for the industry’s calendar of events. The autumn season, marked by increased attention to innovation topics, will come as an additional boon to the inaugural event.

“The new date will bring greater impact, enhanced interaction, and more benefits to all parties involved – exactly what a top-quality specialist format needs,” said Heiko M. Stutzinger, CEO of Hamburg Messe und Congress. “By grouping the event together with all about ports and LogiNext Germany, we are creating an ecosystem that combines depth of expertise with joint learning and networking opportunities for key stakeholders.”

The rescheduled event will strengthen Hamburg’s role as a leading hub for mobility, logistics and infrastructure. In the month of September, the summit will be a perfect fit for the existing events during the same season that are geared towards the relevant capability cluster, establishing a tailored platform for experts working at the interface of law, technology and operations.
